Abstract

Este artículo presenta los beneficios a los asistentes de crédito y cobranzas de la empresa Kitton S.A en la ciudad de Guayaquil luego de la implementación del sistema integrado SAP, a través de la creación de un manual que especifique las funciones a realizarse dentro de su departamento, con el fin de mejorar la administración y desempeño de los mismos estableciendo los recursos organizacionales, operativos para el proyecto.
