Marketing relacional para mejorar la atención del cliente en el comercial de repuestos automotrices "El Chaval" en la Ciudad de Milagro

Abstract

La investigación se ha realizado en el Ecuador, Provincia del Guayas, Cantón Milagro, en el Almacén de Repuestos Automotrices El Chaval, la base de la información está sujeta al desarrollo económico, y el objetivo fundamental es el incremento de las ventas y el empoderamiento del mercado por parte del Almacén El Chaval, considerando que los productos que oferta este local, son similares e incluso de las mismas marcas con las que trabajan la competencia. Por lo que se trabajará en la imagen, y fundamentalmente en cuanto al servicio al cliente, a través de la implementación de estrategias como es el Marketing Relacional.
