Abstract

El desarrollo de esta investigación propone la promoción de venta para incrementar la compra directa de Tonovitan, canal minorista OTC “Over the Count†, ciudad de Guayaquil donde se fija en buscar una solución a la problemática, determinando los gustos y preferencias de los compradores, se plantea una serie de acciones y estrategias de marketing para ayudar a cambiar la situación actual y mejorar los resultados empresariales.
