El Liderazgo Desde La Percepción De La Gerencia Y El Trabajador: Caso Gas Lp Sa De Cv

Abstract

Se presentan resultados preliminares de investigación que tiene como objetivo general analizar la percepción del liderazgo desde la visión de la gerencia y su personal. Para su ejecución se acude a la estrategia de investigación de estudio de caso en la modalidad instrumental. Se aplica cuestionario (multifactorial de liderazgo de Avolio y Bass, 1990) a directivos y trabajadores, para recopilar los datos sobre las dimensiones y estilos de liderazgo de la unidad de análisis, que es una empresa del sector comercial. Los resultados preliminares del estudio, tienen una serie de implicaciones para el mejoramiento de las prácticas del liderazgo.
