Abstract

O presente artigo trata-se de um estudo econômico, que, através de pesquisa quantitativa e análise de dados com testes econométricos(programa eveiws 3.0) avalia o comportamento do consumo de café em relação: aos preços de alguns dos alimentos complementares a ele dentro da cesta básica, ao número de pessoas por família e a renda da mesma.
