Abstract

La comunicación en el siglo XXI se ha convertido en uno de los vectores más relevantes en la planeación estratégica de una organización. Su gestión le ha permitido alcanzar innumerables beneficios, permitiéndoles un posicionamiento ventajoso frente a sus competidores. No obstante la gran mayoría de los problemas que enfrentan las instituciones de estos tiempos tienen generalmente su origen en deficiencias comunicativas a las que se deben combatir con acciones efectivas y oportunas.
