Fuerza de trabajo femenina: aportes al ciclo capitalista en el agro mexicano

Abstract

Esta aportación se centra en la observación de las actividades productivas y reproductivas de la población femenina en el medio rural mexicano. Su objetivo mostrar los cambios en los roles económicos de las mujeres residentes el campo y evidenciar las formas en que estas labores aportan al ciclo de reproducción capitalista en su fase neoliberal. Con este análisis se espera coadyuvar a la explicación del porqué en la formación social mexicana de principios del siglo XXI (formación social subdesarrollada por el modo en que se organiza la producción social) este segmento de la fuerza laboral se hace más visible en términos macroeconómicos y gana presencia en el ámbito extra-doméstico, mientras en el mercado de trabajo es notable la reducción de puestos de trabajo, la pérdida de calidad de los empleos y la caída de los ingresos salariales.
