Aplicación De Las Cadenas De Markov A Los Procesos De Servicios Hospitalarios Para La Toma De Decisiones En La Administración De La Salud

Abstract

Teniendo en cuenta la necesidad imperiosa de satisfacer las necesidades de los pacientes cuando se encuentran recibiendo un servicio dentro de un centro hospitalario, se aplica la cadena de markov para determinar el tiempo promedio de estancia de los pacientes en una sala determinada, con un determinado nivel de probabilidad en dichos estados transitorios.
