Estrategia Para La Integración Energética En América Latina: Situación Del Perú

Abstract

Se presenta una nueva visión, Las Reformas de Tercera Generación, que posibilita la superación del vacío estratégico respecto a la orientación del desarrollo en los países de la región y que, particularmente , contribuye a la viabilidad de la Integración Energética Regional. Luego se analizan los paradigmas de integración experimentados en América Latina , los obstáculos en el proceso de integración , y la influencia de la integración energética en la gobernabilidad y la seguridad. Finalmente, se expone la situación del Perú dentro de la actual problemática de integración energética y los aspectos principales del Convenio de Integración Energética Perú-Brasil y del reciente Acuerdo de Suministro de Electricidad para el Perú y de Exportación para Brasil.
