Abstract

El presente artículo constituye una aproximación al estudio de un tema que ha cobrado interés en los últimos años en Cuba por los cambios radicales que ha dado la economía y los imperiosos llamados en función de hacer más eficientes las organizaciones a través de lograr la satisfacción de las necesidades tanto de clientes internos como externos con el objetivo de lograr una imagen favorable en el mercado y un posicionamiento competitivo que permita obtener los resultados económicos que la sociedad espera y necesita.
