Discriminación Por Género En Puestos Gerenciales En Las Empresas De Cd. Valles, San Luis Potosí

Abstract

En la investigación se realizaron encuestas a mujeres gerentes de pequeñas y medianas empresas de Ciudad Valles S.L.P para conocer si han sido afectadas al ser seleccionadas, en su capacitación, prestaciones o en su ascenso, confirmándose que el 64% de ellas han sufrido algún tipo de discriminación, esto sin considerar que muchas se han visto afectadas en varios de los casos presentados en la encuesta. El resto que contestó no haber sido discriminadas, es debido a que en gran parte es gente joven, soltera, inteligente y de excelente presentación. Aunado a que un 7% de las mujeres tienen hijos con alguien relacionado con el trabajo, son madres solteras; considerándolas por tanto el sexo masculino, más como un símbolo sexual que como una persona con capacidades, habilidades y espíritu de superación. Finalmente se presenta un análisis de los resultados y conclusiones más importantes.
