Abstract

Ante la proximidad de su importante reunión del 2 de abril en la ciudad de Londres para adoptar medidas conducentes a la solución de la colosal crisis económica-financiera que atemoriza y agobia a gran parte de la humanidad, me es grato hacerles llegar un aporte intelectual con el título: “Alternativas Latinoamericanas para el Sistema Financiero Internacional (G-20). Su contenido, después del tiempo transcurrido desde su redacción en noviembre de 2008, ha quedado inserto dentro del consenso internacional que postula la adopción inmediata y global de las siguientes medidas:
