Abstract

El Reto de la competitividad y su importancia estratégica para el desarrollo económico de Tamaulipas es un fenómeno actual que ha evolucionado con mucho dinamismo. Se tiene la imperiosa necesidad de establecer una estrategia para enfrentar oportuna y eficazmente los cambios en el entorno mundial y simultáneamente, elevar el nivel de competitividad, como las únicas vías para alcanzar un desarrollo económico elevado y sostenido. Se puede observar claramente que el motor que impulsó la competitividad, se ha ido agotando por lo que es necesario hacer ajustes a fin de recuperar el dinamismo competitivo.
