Abstract

Las organizaciones cubanas no están ajenas a la problemática referente al proceso mediante el cual los directivos aseguran la obtención de recursos y del empleo eficaz y eficiente de los mismos en el cumplimiento de los objetivos de la empresa, en el cual se utilizan y combinan diferentes mecanismos tanto formales como informales para influir en el comportamiento de las personas, y el enlace entre objetivos globales e individuales, así como en el dominio, conocimiento de la gestión en cada uno de los centros de responsabilidad y áreas de la organización.
