Abstract

Este artigo analisa os fatores emocionais e administrativos em empresas familiares, gerando uma discussão sobre o comportamento e características do processo decisório de empresas geridas por uma lógica familiar. Com o objetivo de interpretar a realidade organizacional identificando os principais aspectos que afetam os processos decisórios de gestão e suas estratégias. O processo sucessório na empresa familiar é um assunto bastante complicado, não pode ser tratado apenas sobre os aspectos puramente lógicos, pois envolve pontos efetivos e emocionais relacionados com a própria estrutura familiar, portanto, existem pontos fundamentais que devem ser encarados para um processo sucessório que não venha comprometer a sobrevivência da empresa.
