Abstract

Este año 2007 no tiene aún los 4 meses de vida completos y ya nos ha ofrecido varios acontecimientos que han convulsionado el panorama financiero de nuestro país. Dos emisiones de Deuda Pública por USD 9.000 Millones (teniendo en cuenta que el PDV-Bono ha sido la emisión más grande de mercado emergente alguno en la historia) y por otra lado, las nacionalizaciones de prácticamente las empresas banderas de la Bolsa de Valores de Caracas como lo eran la Electricidad de Caracas y la CANTV, han ocasionado que tengamos un inicio de año atípicamente movido e interesante.
