Abstract

Bajo el auspicio de la Organización de Cooperación de Shanghai (OCS), que sostiene como uno de sus principales objetivos, salvaguardar la seguridad de sus miembros , se efectuó en Moscú, Rusia (27 de marzo) una Conferencia regional a fin de discutir la situación interna de Afganistán y colaborar con ese gobierno en la lucha contra el terrorismo, el tráfico ilícito de drogas y el crimen transnacional.
