Abstract

Este proceso se desarrolló en el marco del programa de planeación y Presupuesto Participativo de la Alcaldía de Medellín, que busca ampliar y profundizar la participación democrática de la ciudadanía en el desarrollo de sus comunidades y de paso fortalecer la transparencia en la gestión de los recursos municipales. Cada modulo busca identificar elementos básicos para determinar la situación actual de la empresa. La segunda parte trata específicamente sobre el Plan de Fortalecimiento en el que se hace alusión a los seis (6) tipos de relaciones que como empresario se establece con: El Estado, los clientes, los proveedores, las personas que prestan su fuerza de trabajo, las personas que forman la Empresa y la relación con los bienes de la Empresa. Finalmente, se presenta el plan de acción del fortalecimiento.
