Abstract

La investigación que nos ocupa pretende diseñar y aplicar un programa de formación permanente de los recursos humanos, que promueva la gestión integral de la calidad y el ambiente en la sede de la empresa socialista Pedro Camejo en el Estado Lara, Venezuela, para fomentar valores y conocimientos, que nos permitan ir creando una cultura ambiental en su personal operativo y administrativo. En correspondencia con la primera etapa se presenta el resultado de la aplicación de un instrumento diagnóstico y el análisis de la data generada con el programa Statgraphics.
