El Cambio Climático En La Contextualización De Los Proyectos De Desarrollo

Abstract

El tema ambiental es un eje transversal en los proyectos de desarrollo, al cual en varias ocasiones no se le presta la atención debida. Tanto en las contextualizaciones efectuadas al formular los proyectos, como en las líneas de base levantadas al iniciar su ejecución e incluso en las evaluaciones de impacto efectuadas a su término, por lo general las referencias a los temas ambientales tienen el carácter de información complementaria. Las actuales tendencias ambientales relacionadas al cambio climático obligan a darles mayor importancia. Cada vez tiene más relevancia considerar la relación de los proyectos con el cambio climático. Incluir este cambio al referirse al ámbito del proyecto, al contexto espacial del lugar donde se interviene.
