Abstract

En la actualidad, las empresas necesitan encontrar estrategias de publicidad y de comunicación para sortear las restricciones legales que las entidades gubernamentales imponen, son con el fin de controlar la exposición que tienen a los medios de comunicación. La presente investigación propone un análisis de los casos Phillip Morris, Heiniken y Pilsener, las cuales supieron adaptarse a estas regulaciones consiguiendo así un buen resultado en sus nuevas campañas publicitarias.
