Los Mercados De Trabajo Bajo La Óptica Neoclásica

Abstract

La base fundamental del modelo neoclásico es la que se refiere a la teoría subjetiva del valor que se desarrolla en torno al concepto de utilidad. Esta escuela supone una función de producción en donde se puede dar todo tipo de combinación de los factores de la producción y donde la remuneración de cada uno de los factores estará dada por su productividad marginal. Así pues, independientemente de la cantidad de mano de obra existente, cualquier persona puede ingresar al mercado de trabajo siempre y cuando acepte el salario vigente, el cual estaría determinado por la productividad marginal del trabajo. La tasa de salarios y el nivel de empleo se fijan al nivel en que coinciden la desutilidad marginal del trabajo y su productividad marginal.
