La Reforma Laboral En España, Contenido Y Expectativas

Abstract

en este artículo examinamos las implicaciones macroeconómicas de la reforma laboral recientemente aprobada en España (Real Decreto Ley 3/2012). Dicha reforma flexibiliza y abarata sustancialmente el despido, aumentando la potencialidad de la situación de desempleo como herramienta de presión al servicio de la empresa. Las estrategias contenidas en la reforma retardarán la recuperación económica al imprimir un sesgo contractivo al Consumo Privado de los Hogares y elevarán la tasa de desempleo. La recuperación económica no se logrará hasta que se resuelva el principal escollo: el elevado endeudamiento familiar.
