La Reputación Organizacional: Un Diferenciador Por Excelencia

Abstract

El presente trabajo ofrece algunas consideraciones acerca de la reputación organizacional como diferenciador fundamental para la empresa u organización actual. Recoge definiciones y aportes de prestigiosos investigadores en torno a la identidad, la comunicación e imagen corporativas y refiere cómo el nexo cíclico entre estas, conduce a la cristalización de esos valores que genera en el imaginario colectivo a largo del tiempo. Se alerta sobre la necesidad de su gestión, teniendo en cuenta que la reputación constituye uno de los recursos intangibles o intangibles empresariales, que mayor atención requiere para evitar la indiferenciación.
