Abstract

En este trabajo se hará una presentación de los elementos teóricos propuestos en los planteamientos hechos por R. Coase (1937, 1960, 1994) y O. Williamson (1981, 1991); destacando sus contribuciones analíticas en el campo de la Estrategia Empresarial Corporativa, además de identificar sus posibles limitaciones conceptuales y metodológicas.
