Procedimiento para la auditoría interna al sistema de transporte empresarial

Abstract

El transporte es considerado el costo logístico individual más importante para la mayoría de las empresas, por esta razón se hace indispensable controlar que el funcionamiento del mismo sea en la forma planificada y además que se cumplan las normativas que lo regulan. Una de las vías que permite lo antes expuesto, es la utilización de la auditoría como herramienta del control interno. Mucho se ha escrito sobre las auditorías, de todas las acciones que implican, de su necesidad; sin embargo, quedan elementos por definir en algunos de sus campos de aplicación, ese es el caso de las auditorías a los sistemas de transporte, ¿qué procedimiento seguir y qué elementos se deben tener en cuenta?, estas son las cuestiones que motivan a los autores para desarrollar la presente investigación. El objetivo de este informe es presentar un procedimiento para la auditoría interna del sistema de transporte empresarial.
