Abstract

Las condiciones actuales de los mercados de bienes y servicios, provocan una aceleración en el cambio de los requisitos exigidos por los clientes a sus empresas proveedoras. En el afán de satisfacer dichos clientes, se convierte en necesidad que emerjan en las organizaciones sistemas de gestión de la calidad total (SGC), sin embargo se expresa una contradicción entre la demanda de la empresa y las condiciones actuales de diseño de los mismos, lo cual constituye la motivación esencial que dio lugar a esta investigación.
