Estudio comparativo entre trabajadores seleccionados recientes con el sistema de selección y antiguos con relación a los accidentes, ausencias y sanciones en la esfera de la minería

Abstract

Un elemento al que es necesario prestar especial atención en los procesos de selección de personal es el proceso de seguimiento, como factor esencial en la retroalimentación, lo que permite valorar la eficiencia y la calidad del trabajo que se realiza e instrumentar un sistema de perfeccionamiento que permita conocer lo que está ocurriendo con el personal que se entrega a las entidades y medir la calidad del producto de selección que se oferta a las diferentes empresas. Este sistema debe establecer mecanismos de interacción con las empresas sobre la base de obtener información sobre los siguientes aspectos: cantidad de bajas y causas; sanciones, indisciplina y accidentes y la evaluación del desempeño.
