Abstract

En este trabajo se reseña brevemente la evolución de la gestión de los recursos humanos, su historia, definiciones y objetivos. Se valora su importancia en el ámbito de las organizaciones actuales, se mencionan los rasgos que caracterizan la concepción moderna de la gestión de recursos humanos. Se hace referencia a varios conceptos de estrategias de Recursos Humanos, así como se detallan diversos modelos de la Gestión del Capital Humano que en los últimos tiempos se han desarrollado, los cuales tienen el fin común de lograr la competitividad.
