La gestión del conocimiento: valor agregado del producto turistico

Abstract

El presente trabajo realiza un acercamiento al importante mundo turístico, ofreciendo un análisis de las ventajas que trae consigo la gestión del conocimiento en este sector. El mismo se realiza por la necesidad en el Polo Turístico Jardines del Rey de generar estrategias que permitan mejorar los resultados económicos. Hemos propuesto la gestión del conocimiento como forma de intervenir en tres ámbitos diferentes en la vida turística: el recurso laboral, las instalaciones y la ingeniería de productos. Se resalta la necesidad de convertir la gestión del conocimiento en filosofía de trabajo de la empresa hotelera en la actualidad.
