Abstract

Albert Otto Hirschman, escritor Alemán, que dedico su obra a estudiar la problemática de los países sub. Desarrollados, especialmente en Colombia, país donde vivió varios años y le permitió entender desde adentro cual es el problema del subdesarrollo, planteando varios conceptos; a su vez Hirschman es un critico permanente de la ortodoxia e idea que los principales modelos económicos planteados frente a crecimiento, etc. no sirven para los países subdesarrollados y por lo tanto es un convencido de que hay que crear modelos apropiados para estos países, fundamentados en las condiciones económicos e históricas adecuadas a la realidad de esta
