Género y derecho: sexualidad olvidada

Abstract

El trabajo presenta un análisis filosófico jurídico sobre el olvido de las mujeres y su opresión, debido a una visión falo centrista de la realidad. Se realiza un breve estudio de la evolución de los movimientos feministas. Se presentan algunas críticas al psicoanálisis, pero se presenta también algunos aportes de la clínica desde el psicoanálisis con perspectiva de género. Se aborda un apartado sobre la normatividad jurídica con perspectiva de género y se concluye señalando entre otras cosas que la lucha por el reconocimiento y la efectividad de los Derechos Humanos de las mujeres debe hacerse desde un trabajo holístico en donde lo jurídico juega un papel importante, pero se reconoce que este es solo un elemento más dentro de muchos otros.
