Narcotráfico y periodismo en la frontera oeste México-Estados Unidos. Incidencia de las mediaciones externas

Abstract

El presente es un trabajo de corte cualitativo que permite caracterizar los problemas vigentes del periodismo en la frontera oeste México-Estados Unidos partiendo del narcotráfico como un elemento incidente esencial debido a la relevancia del tema en la esfera fronteriza. Pretende entender la incidencia de los mediadores externos como son: los elementos sociohistóricos contextuales del narcotráfico la legislación y la percepción de seguridad pública sobre los posibles discursos que construyen los periodistas de dicha zona. Es una investigación comunicológica interpretativa, ya que valora los datos obtenidos dentro de una entrevista a un periodista, investigación documental y análisis de documentos.
