La transparencia, igualdad y eficiencia en los acuerdos marco de precios en la contratación pública colombiana

Abstract

La reforma en la contratación pública colombiana incorporó los acuerdos marco de precios, lo cual permitió, mediante una metodología exploratoria, analizar desde los postulados constitucionales de la función administrativa y de la igualdad, así como desde el marco superior de la libre competencia y libertad de mercados, los posibles efectos derivados de la utilización del modelo.
