Responsabilidade civil sobre abandono afetivo

Abstract

A responsabilidade civil é uma das matérias mais pertinente ao direito, perfazendo a obrigação de um indivíduo (devedor) ao outro (credor). Por esta inserção, gera o dever de indenizar quando decorrente de ação ou omissão que gere um dano a outrem. Aplicado ao direito de família, especificamente pela ausência do cuidado e do afeto, insere-se a responsabilidade civil por abandono afetivo (ou por negligência/omissão no dever de cuidado).
