Implicaciones jurídicas de la actuación de los estados como sujetos de derecho internacional

Abstract

El Derecho Internacional se ha visto impactado a ritmos vertiginosos en las últimas décadas; los avances tecnológicos, la modernización de los medios de transporte, la eliminación de barreras y la globalización, han propiciado que las naciones tengan cada vez más la necesidad de interactuar en los ámbitos políticos, económicos, jurídicos, entre muchos otros. El presente artículo pretende realizar un análisis de la situación jurídica de las naciones en el contexto internacional actual. Para ello, se hace referencia a la situación de los Estados como sujetos de Derecho y Obligaciones en el ámbito internacional; enseguida, a los principios que la comunidad internacional ha establecido, poniendo especial énfasis en la solución de conflictos; posteriormente se analiza de igual forma la situación de los países ante fenómenos relativamente nuevos como la globalización y la integración económica, poniendo especial énfasis en el segundo, desglosando sus conceptos, principales características, causas, formas e impacto.
