Sistema de acciones metodológicas para la preparación del tutor universitario

Abstract

La investigación tiene como objetivo proponer un sistema de acciones metodológicas encaminadas a la preparación del tutor para su desempeño profesional en la formación integral del estudiante en la carrera Ingeniería Agronómica. Para proceder con el sistema de acciones, se toma como base la filosofía y metodología general que ofrece el materialismo dialéctico, se determina los fundamentos teóricos y metodológicos que sustentan la preparación del tutor para su desempeño profesional en la formación del profesional, diseñando el sistema de acciones metodológicas a partir del diagnóstico de las necesidades y potencialidades de los tutores. Se planifican las actividades teniendo en cuenta que en su estructura se evidencie el tema, objetivo, métodos y medios a utilizar, las orientaciones necesarias para su ejecución, las formas de control y evaluación, con el predominio de diferentes formas establecidas para el trabajo metodológico en la Educación Superior.Se realiza la valoración de la propuesta a partir del criterio de especialistas, los cuales coinciden en la calidad y pertinencia de la misma, lo que la hace factible para el cumplimiento del objetivo propuesto.
