El gerente como mediador organizacional

Abstract

El objetivo del presente ensayo fue analizar la importancia del gerente como mediador durante el conflicto organizacional. Para ello se seleccionaron varios artículos científicos indexados en diversos repositorios electrónicos, tesis de postgrado y documentos institucionales, que brindaron una visión amplia sobre la temática de estudio, en base a diversos autores y la opinión propia del investigador. Luego de finalizada la investigación documental se concluye, que la mediación gerencial en el ámbito organizacional, constituye una herramienta fundamental para solventar situaciones conflictivas que disminuyen la capacidad de trabajo y los niveles de producción en la empresa.
