Impactos socioambientais pela exploração do Gnaisse: a despossessão das comunidades ao entorno das empresas no semiárido brasileiro

Abstract

Los impactos socioambientales generados por la explotación de minerales han causado diversas transformaciones en la naturaleza como contaminación del suelo y consecuente pérdida de la flora y fauna adaptadas a la región semiárida nordestina, además de los problemas socioeconómicos. Las empresas mineras están entre las actividades socioeconómicas que más causan impactos socioambientales, comprometiendo el territorio en que se realiza la minería. A partir de esas constataciones verificamos la necesidad de investigaciones que puedan contribuir a minimizar los efectos de la minería. Para ello, se hace urgente la identificación de los impactos socioambientales en el área de entorno de las mineras y sus consecuencias, propuesta de este estudio.
