Constituição de holding como instrumento para sucessão familiar

Abstract

O presente trabalho arrazoa temas relacionados às empresas holding, como instrumento para transmissão de patrimônio familiar. Tratando, da sua formação, tipos existentes, escopo, vantagens, desvantagens, comando e por fim o planejamento patrimonial sucessório. O tema é bastante atual, contudo, pouco utilizado, ele auxilia detentores de grandes patrimônios, com vários herdeiros a realizarem um bom planejamento sucessório, evitando conflitos que coloquem em risco a perpetuação da herança. Seu objetivo principal é verificar se a criação de uma holding, para sucessão de fato propicia uma real diminuição dos custos decorrentes de inventário e honorários advocatícios, sendo assim uma boa opção para solucionar os interesses sucessórios de determinada pessoa ou família com baixo custo e eficiência.
