Abstract

Dentro de la evolución social existen factores en los que las sociedades actuales radican sus principales funciones tras las políticas públicas que las Instituciones Públicas toman, no obstante se ha podido identificar que las falencias actuales se debe a que la información preliminar no tiene una connotación académica ni científica, por tal motivo el rol fundamental de las Universidades y la sociedad en los estudios sobre inclusión social se convierten en la punta de lanza para poder tomar decisiones, las mismas que serán en beneficio de los sectores más necesitados.
