Abstract

Los valores que deben poseer los servidores públicos representan un complejo sistema de expectativas sobre sus acciones y su comportamiento. Quiénes definen esos valores, cuáles y cuántos son, representan importantes cuestionamientos en los que vale la pena ahondar. El papel de las instituciones gubernamentales y particularmente el de las instituciones de fiscalización superior, así como de las organizaciones civiles en el desarrollo de una cultura de integridad es parte del análisis y la discusión axiológica en el servicio público.
