Abstract

As reflexões presentes neste artigo estão arquitetada em 3 seções, dedicadas à análise do conceito de trabalho escravo contemporâneo, das dimensões dos direitos humanos e da responsabilidade do Estado brasileiro à baila dos estudos jurídicos no âmbito dos direitos humanos, cujo escopo é analisar a responsabilidade do Estado e o compromisso internacional no combate ao trabalho escravo contemporâneo no Brasil. Com o intento de contribuir para o aprofundamento de estudos e reflexões futuras.
