Abstract

Este artigo tem o objetivo de provocar uma reflexão sobre os desafios na implementação da intersetorialidade como instrumento na gestão de políticas públicas. Para tal, apresenta-se o relato de parte do projeto “Família Cidadã, BH sem miséria†do Programa BH Cidadania da Prefeitura Municipal de Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brasil. Este Programa, planejado para que as políticas sociais do município atuem de forma intersetorial e territorial, é concebido como uma estratégia de inclusão social das famílias moradoras em áreas socialmente críticas e busca garantir mais resolutividade e acessibilidade dos bens e serviços públicos a essa população. Os avanços, como a tentativa de implantação do projeto em questão, e desafios como a sua normatização, são postos de forma a elucidar os caminhos percorridos.
