Anã Lisis Del Rol De Las Regulaciones Publicitarias En Sudamã‰Rica: Un Comparativo Entre Tres Paã Ses

Abstract

El presente artículo realiza un estudio descriptivo de la situación actual de campañas publicitarias efectuadas por las marcas comerciales, de los países de Colombia, Perú y Ecuador. Para el cual se analizó las regulaciones y autorregulaciones de la industria publicitaria que rigen en estos países, con el propósito de establecer un comparativo sobre la afectación en la producción de este tipo de campañas y si se cumple o no su función para resolver un problema social. Se concluye que existe semejanza en proteger al consumidor y exigir ética a las marcas y agencias de publicidad de los países analizados, sin embargo el aspecto que los diferencia con Colombia, es el poco protagonismo que Perú y Ecuador otorgan a la consecución de logros sociales al planificar, implementar y difundir una campaña publicitaria de marca.
