Abstract

As ações afirmativas no âmbito do acesso à educação pública universitária no brasil, vêm no contexto atual propiciar a inclusão dos afro-brasileiros, bem como índios, com o objetivo de propiciar condições especiais e temporárias, reconhecidamente discriminados possam alcançar a emancipação, autonomia e igualdade de condições. Para tal esta pesquisa teve por objetivo discutir o princípio constitucional da das cotas éticos raciais no Brasil, tendo como pano de fundo, a política adotada para a disseminação da igualdade. Neste sentido, um ordenamento indutivo com o uso métodos bibliográficos e documentais embasaram as discussões propostas. Os resultados e conclusões apontam os avanços para o acesso à educação com a política inclusiva.
