Desafios E Estratã‰Gias Na Busca Do Desenvolvimento Com Resguardo Da Proteã‡Ãƒo Ambiental

Abstract

Durante mucho tiempo se ha estado discutiendo cómo conciliar el desarrollo con la protección del medio ambiente, y si se oponen estos dos elementos. Antes de cualquier sugerencia estrategia a seguir es importante entender lo que significa el desarrollo, especialmente en qué circunstancias dieron su evolución con el concepto de desarrollo sostenible en las Naciones Unidas y lo que significa. Después de este análisis inicial tenemos que comprobar lo que se ha construido desde el punto de vista legislativo para proteger el medio ambiente. Sólo después de este análisis se pueden sugerir las estrategias que, aunque dirigido a lo desarrollo, están en línea con los principios de protección del medio ambiente.
