Abstract

O objetivo foi analisar a difusão política e tecnológica do Projeto Atlas Brasileiro de Emissões de Gases de Efeito Estufa e Potencial Energético na Destinação de Resíduos Sólidos, com base no modelo de difusão de inovação ambiental, frente à Política Nacional de Resíduos Sólidos (PNRS) e à Política Nacional sobre Mudança do Clima (PNMC). Em relação conjunto de leis sobre a temática meio ambiente, no Brasil ocorrem comumente edições de atos administrativos que dificultam a tomada de decisão de administradores que buscam respaldo jurídico frente as contraposições legais. Analisando comparativamente, o arcabouço teórico e normativo descrito na pesquisa e o Projeto Atlas, conclui-se que essa iniciativa pode representar uma forma política e tecnológica de difusão ambiental no país, contribuindo para que outros projetos fomentem relações de responsabilidade socioambiental, além de buscar o aprimoramento das normas legais no país que acarretem a formulação de políticas ambientais.
