La Comunidad De Salamansa. Una Mirada A Su Desarrollo

Abstract

Salamansa es una pequeña comunidad pesquera de la isla de San Vicente, Cabo Verde, con una fuerte tradición en el arte de la pesca. Sus potencialidades y carencias constituyen elementos que favorecen pensar el desarrollo local desde la teoría de las necesidades de Manfred Max-Neef y el concepto de espacio social de Pierre Bourdieu. Se exponen elementos que caracterizan a Salamansa y de manera particular la distribución de su capital económico, cultural y simbólico.
