El Papel De La Mujer En El Desarrollo De Mã‰Xico

Abstract

En el siglo XXI, la mujer mexicana dejó de ser rural y agrícola para trabajar en el sector industrial, esto propició la necesidad de mejorar su preparación como medio para obtener mejores, nuevas relaciones económicas y sociales. Desde 1990 ha aumento considerablemente, la fuerza de trabajo femenina representada en alrededor de un 30% de la población económicamente activa (Zacarias,1994). En la época actual, la participación de las mujeres es trascendental para el desarrollo del país, la mujer mexicana ha avanzado de manera inmejorable en los últimos años, en algunos sectores sociales; sin embargo falta un mayor impulso en otros ámbitos. En lo que respecta a la equidad de género y desarrollo de oportunidades frente al hombre. El propósito del presente texto es analizar el papel de la mujer en el desarrollo del país.
